Amateur boxing show at The Boston Arms, London, 2013.

Thank you for stopping by...

I've been working in photography for almost ten years but have had a love for it since studying it at school, where I remember spending hours tucked away in the darkroom printing photographs. Aged 21, I moved to Amsterdam where I took an evening class in photography (in Dutch!) and on my return to the UK, I moved to London to study for a Higher National Diploma in Fashion Photography and Styling at The London College of Fashion. I initially took the fashion route and worked as a freelance stylist for Shape and Virgin Student magazines and then went on to work on Woman & Home magazine's editorial team. I've been  lucky enough to work on projects in some wonderful locations, including Cape Town and although not working on the photography side, it gave me great experience in preparing for and working on photo shoots, gaining a strong attention to detail. I went on to work as Deputy Manager of the Style Advisor team at Topshop's Flagship store.

When making the switch to photography, I was lucky enough to secure a job as a studio assistant and I frequently worked as a second photographer. Most days were spent in the studio editing thousands of photographs and this experience was a solid foundation for my photography career.

I mostly work on reportage projects covering anything from technology events and conferences to boxing shows. More recently I've had the opportunity to photograph interiors and am currently looking to move into still life projects too.
